Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of MurphsOnIt.com and our messages. By using the site, you agree to them. If you become a client, your signed client agreement governs the services, the price, and the guarantee. If these terms and your client agreement conflict, the client agreement controls.
1. The site
The site describes Murph's services. You may use it for your own information and to contact us. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse the site, or try to break its security.
2. Examples and estimates
Dashboards, businesses, figures, and calculator results on the site are illustrative examples, not client results and not a promise of results. Calculator outputs are estimates from the numbers you enter and stated assumptions. Results depend on your business, market, and how you use the service.
3. Pricing
Prices on the site are current list prices and may change. The price you pay is the one in your client agreement. Founding pricing applies to our first 15 clients as described in their agreements.
4. The guarantee
Our guarantee is summarized on the guarantee terms page. The full terms are in your client agreement, and that wording controls.
5. Text messages
If you agree to receive texts from us or from a business that uses Murph, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
6. AI features
Murph uses artificial intelligence to answer, draft, and summarize. AI can make mistakes. Clients set their own prices, services, and policies, and are responsible for reviewing what their account says and sends on their behalf.
7. Ownership
The Murph name, logo, mascot, site design, and content belong to Murphs On It LLC. Clients keep ownership of their own business names, logos, photos, and customer lists, as set out in their agreements.
8. Other sites
The site may link to other sites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Murph is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
