Why I built this
I grew up riding in my dad's HVAC truck. He was great at the work and booked solid, but the office buried him. He'd finish ten hours of hard labor, then do quotes and invoices late into the night. "I'll get to it," he'd say. He missed dinners, and once turned our family vacation around for a call.
He passed away at 60, days before my college graduation. In his office I found stacks of invoices that were never sent, going back years. Money he earned and never collected.
